Special Events Markets
Market Days at Daryl’s will be hosting a handful of special events throughout the year. We invite everyone to come out and have fun during these events! Below is our current list of upcoming special events. Hope to see you there!
Fall / Halloween Market
October 25, 2025
12:00pm to 5:00pm
Our vendor market will be open for shopping with a seasonal twist from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Come out for our all-ages costume contest starting at 3:00pm, safe and friendly trunk-or-treating from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, and get your face painted or take your picture at our photobooth throughout the event. Let’s celebrate this spooky holiday in a fun way!

Costume Contest Rules
- All ages welcome. Here’s the breakdown for judging.
- Pets
- Babies (0-2 years)
- Toddlers (3-6 years)
- Kids (7-12 years)
- Teens (13-18 years)
- Adults (19+ years)
- Family friendly costumes only. Absolutely no nudity, pyrotechnics, or working weapons.
- Any inappropriate costumes may be asked to leave the premises at any time
- Must be present to win
- Judges choice in each age group awarded for best costume. Judges will be looking for creativity, best construction, and having fun!
- Registration required. Deadline is by 2:30pm on October 25, 2025. Can register in-person.

Bring your own bag or purchase a Market Days at Daryl’s candy bag for $5 and come check out our amazing community of trunk-or-treaters. Don’t forget to stop by our vendor booths and look for “Candy Stops” from participating vendors!
Trunks to Treat – Volunteering as a Trunk-or-Treat stop is completely free. We encourage you to pre-register so we know how many spaces to reserve. Please arrive by 1:00pm and be ready to pass out candy or non-edible treats by 2:00pm. We appreciate your community support!
Market Booth Vendors – We encourage you to participate in the trick-or-treat event as well. Edible or non-edible treats are great! We will pass out “Candy Stop” signs to participating vendors on market day.
Volunteers – Volunteers are imperative to make this market event go off without a hitch! Volunteer space is limited and you must be 15 years or older (with parents permission) to volunteer. This is a great opportunity for anyone trying to fill volunteer hours! See the list below for volunteers we are looking for and fill out the application to apply. We will send you a follow up email with approval and volunteer meeting information.

Experience Booth Vendors – An experience booth is a booth that creates a memorable and engaging experience for the attendee. We are looking for anyone who may be able to offer face painting, balloon artistry, carnival games, photobooths, or anything that could offer a fun, interactive experience. Christmas Market

10:00pm to 3:00pm
Our vendor market will be open for shopping with a seasonal twist from 10:00pm to 3:00pm. We will have a letters to Santa station, elf hunts and photobooths! Come check out the holiday inspired market with our amazing vendors and shop for the those Christmas gifts!

Letters to Santa
Parents! This one is for you! Don’t know what your kid wants for Christmas or maybe you just want to sprinkle some Christmas magic? We’ve got you! Have your child write a letter to Santa!
Here’s the plan…….. They have fun writing their letters! Then drop their letter to Santa in Santa’s mailbox! But don’t forget to put your address on the envelope so Santa knows where to find you!
We will then RESPOND to the letter with all of Santa’s magic! BUT we will also SEND you your child’s letter!
– The letter will be sent in a standard mailer so that your child has no suspicion of what’s happening
– THEN your child will receive their Letter from Santa with Christmas magic!
All mail will be postmarked prior to Christmas (but we know that USPS is sometimes slow). We want to help you create magic for your child! So come out and let’s create some together!
The hunt is on! Each vendor will have an elf hidden somewhere in their tent that you have to hunt for and find! Once you find it, ask to get your hunt finder stamped! Once you find all the elves, Christmas magic is at the end!
But be careful, our green furry friend really likes to hide!
To participate: Please bring a toy-for-a-tot or $5 entry fee
Market Booth Vendors – We encourage you to decorate your tent with the Christmas spirit! For our elf hunt, we will be handing out elves and stamps prior to start of the market. Hide your elf somewhere in your tent or on your person. We will have kids come “hunt” for the elf at your booth! Let’s get more eyes on your products!
We will have everything you need for the elf hunt! But if creativity strikes you, please have fun with it!
